Yesterday’s KIIS FM Rockstar Health & Fitness event with After-School All-Stars was amazing. While there, the Backpack Kids and the band got to perform and we had such a good time. Lori Rischer and I spent time talking to the kids and interacting with them, and it was great.
Thank you KIIS FM, Rockstar Health & Fitness and After-School All-Stars for making yesterday’s event possible. I loved every minute of it.

Rockstar Health & Fitness host @LoriRischer and I will be making a special appearance at Suva Intermediate middle school in California, where we will talk to the students about building a healthy lifestyle. We will also be introducing our own health tips to the students.
In addition to talking, I’ll also be performing a few of my songs for the students and am looking forward to it!
